About Us

OUR SPECIAL SAUCE…

So what makes our Backyard Burger, Bird or Brisket standout from all the others in town? Well, for one thing, we take our grilling seriously. For instance, our #BYG Burger is made from fresh, never frozen Virginia Shenandoah Beef. By blending three cuts of our beef we create what we believe to be the perfect burger that we cook to perfection over an open flame. Our #BYG Brisket, Pork and Bacon are smoked on site for hours using native hardwoods like Cherry. We also use local produce when available.

We are the place where the meat hits the grill. So, sit back and enjoy the real southern comfort food from our grill with your family and friends at our Backyard Grill.
